Turbo's Contact Driving School
Released: 2018
Role(s): eLearning Designer, Developer, Artist, and Animator
DESCRIPTION: This project was one of the most challenging and rewarding eLearning modules I got to make while at Netflix. Using a combination of Captivate & Animate, I was able to add game-like functionality and reporting to Captivate's rending pipeline.

The idea behind "Contact Driving" for call center agents is to properly identify the core reason behind a customer's reason for calling. The results were imperative for the data science and product teams to find areas of common confusion.
Using a fun, Netflix Original-themed, module to train agents was a no-brainer, but I really wanted to make this module fun too. That's why I introduced the game-based "quizzing" portion with the user controlling Turbo to find the correct Call Driver resolution.

Using JavaScript to communicate between Animate rendered OAM files and Captivate, I was able to create a two way link that. This new option allowed for reporting of new content in Captivate, but also for translation memory of 10 languages to be passed from Captivate to the embedded OAM media (and back) at render time.
TOOLS USED: Captivate, Photoshop, Animate, Javascript, xAPI, Tableau
