DESCRIPTION: While not the most "flashy" of modules in terms of template, design, or rich media...this Assessment required a new Reportable Question type not native to Captivate.  By creating custom xAPI statements, I was able to establish a new, trackable Situational Judgment question.

This assessment was intended to evaluate the retention of knowledge in 7 main categories as well as personal biases of new Customer Service Agents after their 2 week training.

Working in conjunction with my internal Netflix Team and 3rd the party vendor, Shaker International, I developed a 60 question assessment that met requirements for several question types and categories.

I also built the Tableau dashboards which not only compared scores across all training sites, but also provided granular data on how each Agent scored overall AND in each of the 7 subject categories.

The end result was folded into a final judgment call for CS Agent readiness with results of: Ready to take calls, or Needs individual Coaching in "x" category.
